GTE Healing & Growth Publishing (“GTE,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information may be collected and used when you visit this website, submit a form, subscribe to updates, purchase products or services, enroll in a Support Circle, or otherwise contact GTE.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with GTE, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, inquiry details, scheduling or program information, and other information you choose to submit. Please do not submit confidential medical records, diagnoses, psychotherapy notes, or emergency information through general website forms.

Workplace Wellness Support Information

When a participant requests workplace-related non-clinical support, GTE may collect limited identifying, employment, contact, support-request, participation, and authorization information needed to coordinate services and verify participation. Participants should describe the support they are seeking without submitting medical records, diagnoses, psychotherapy notes, medication lists, detailed trauma histories, or other information that is not necessary for GTE's non-clinical role. Employer verification requests are used to authenticate a GTE-issued participation verification or confirm limited participation information only when GTE has an appropriate participant authorization or another lawful basis to respond.

Confidentiality and Employer Disclosures

GTE does not disclose a participant's stated reason for seeking support, Support Circle discussions, resource-navigation details, or other private wellness information to an employer merely because an employer submits a verification request. When authorized by the participant, GTE limits an employer response to the information reasonably necessary to authenticate or verify the participant's GTE participation, such as the participant's identity, date or date range of participation, type of non-clinical GTE service, and authenticity of a GTE-issued verification. GTE does not sell participant information.

HIPAA Status

GTE's non-clinical wellness and resource-navigation activities do not by themselves create a HIPAA-covered healthcare relationship. HIPAA applies to covered entities and business associates as defined by federal law. GTE nevertheless uses privacy-conscious practices for sensitive participant information. Nothing in this policy represents that GTE is a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider or that a GTE participation record is a medical record.

Artist / Creator Vetting & Production Intake

When an applicant submits the GTE Artist Interview form, GTE may collect identity/contact information, public social links, business and rights-readiness disclosures, analytics summaries, production needs, budget-readiness selections, interview availability, and applicant acknowledgments. GTE uses this information for screening, authority verification, rights and fraud-risk review, interview planning, test production, and determining whether to offer a separate commercial relationship. Applicants should not submit Social Security numbers, government-ID images, passwords, full banking details, or other unnecessary high-risk credentials through the public form. Public advertising or portfolio use of applicant identity or test media requires appropriate additional permission or agreement.

Payments

Payments and recurring membership payments are processed through Stripe. GTE does not receive or store your full payment-card number through this website. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

How Information Is Used

GTE may use information to respond to inquiries, fulfill purchases, coordinate services or program participation, provide requested resources, administer memberships, communicate operational updates, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Non-Clinical Services

GTE provides non-clinical wellness education, support, advocacy, and resource navigation. Information submitted to GTE is not automatically part of a therapist-client, physician-patient, or other licensed clinical relationship. GTE is not a crisis-response service.

AI-Powered Navigator

The GTE AI Healing & Growth Navigator is an optional non-clinical resource-navigation tool. If you use it, the information you type into the Navigator may be processed by GTE’s third-party artificial-intelligence service provider to generate a response. GTE is designed to send only the information you choose to enter for that interaction and does not require medical records, diagnoses, psychotherapy notes, insurance information, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or detailed trauma histories. Please do not enter those types of sensitive information into the Navigator. GTE configures AI requests not to be stored by the AI response service where the provider supports that setting, but provider security, abuse-prevention, and legal practices may still apply under the provider’s terms and policies.

Third-Party Services and Links

This website may link to independent services, including payment processors, crisis resources, professional resources, social platforms, and other organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. A link does not by itself establish partnership, affiliation, endorsement, agency, or a clinical-provider relationship.

Information Sharing

GTE does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, process transactions, provide requested services, prevent fraud, or comply with law. GTE may also disclose information when required by legal process or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

Retention and Your Choices

GTE applies category-based retention and secure-destruction practices designed to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, contractual, and legal requirements. GTE seeks to minimize sensitive wellness information and does not intentionally maintain detailed clinical records.

• General inquiries and applications: retained only while reasonably needed to respond, evaluate the request, document decisions, prevent abuse, or address follow-up business needs.
• Wellness participation and workplace authorization records: limited to information reasonably necessary to document the non-clinical service, authorization, or participation and retained only as needed for administration, disputes, legal obligations, or participant requests.
• Contracts, transactions, and accounting records: retained for applicable business, tax, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.
• AI media identity, likeness, voice, and production authorizations: retained as reasonably necessary to document the authorized production scope, approvals, rights, releases, and related claims or disputes.
• Marketing subscriptions: maintained while the subscription remains active or as reasonably necessary to document consent or opt-out requests.

You may contact GTE to request correction or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to records GTE is required or reasonably permitted to retain. When records are no longer reasonably necessary, GTE may delete, anonymize, or securely destroy them in accordance with its operational retention procedures.

Children

This website is not intended to solicit personal information directly from children without appropriate parent or guardian involvement where required.

This policy may be updated as GTE services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
