Support Circle Billing & Onboarding

Recurring billing: Support Circle memberships are automatically renewing monthly subscriptions processed through secure Stripe Checkout. The recurring monthly charge shown at enrollment continues until canceled. To prevent the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Legacy promotional enrollments completed through October 31, 2026 are created at the promotional checkout price shown at enrollment. New Legacy enrollments beginning November 1, 2026 use the regular $300/month price. GTE will not use this promotion language as authorization to silently change an existing subscriber’s recurring price; any later price change must follow applicable notice, consent, Stripe, and legal requirements.

Checkout acknowledgment: Before GTE opens secure membership checkout, the subscriber must affirm that the selected membership renews automatically each month at the displayed recurring price until canceled and that cancellation must occur before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. GTE records that checkout acknowledgment with the membership checkout request.

After enrollment: GTE will use the contact information provided during checkout to send onboarding details, explain how to access virtual meetings and membership materials, and coordinate any coaching or planning benefits included with your selected circle.

Cancellation: To stop a future renewal, use the Stripe membership-management option provided after enrollment when available, or contact gtehealingandgrowth@gmail.com before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; access continues through the period already paid. Payments already processed are non-refundable except where required by law.
