By using this website or purchasing a GTE product, service, program, or membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any service-specific terms presented at checkout or enrollment.

Non-Clinical Scope

GTE Healing & Growth Publishing provides non-clinical community wellness education, support, advocacy, coaching, resource navigation, workshops, Support Circles, publishing, and related resources. GTE does not provide psychotherapy, professional counseling, diagnosis, treatment plans, medical care, or crisis treatment. GTE services are not a substitute for care from an appropriately licensed mental-health or medical professional.

Bridge Support While Professional Assistance Is Pending

GTE may provide non-clinical education, initial support, community connection, and resource navigation while a participant is seeking or waiting for appropriate professional or licensed assistance. GTE does not function as an interim therapist, healthcare provider, clinical case manager, or substitute for professional care. Participation in GTE services does not establish medical necessity, disability, incapacity for work, or eligibility for any employment benefit or leave program.

Workplace Participation Verification

At a participant's request, GTE may provide a no-additional-charge factual verification of eligible GTE wellness support, resource-navigation contacts, or Support Circle participation recorded by GTE. GTE verifies participation only and does not issue doctor's notes, medical excuses, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, disability or FMLA certifications, fitness-for-duty determinations, return-to-work clearances, or medical-necessity determinations. Employers remain responsible for applying their own policies and applicable law. GTE may decline or limit a verification request when identity, authorization, authenticity, or scope cannot be reasonably confirmed.

Participant Privacy and Employer Requests

An employer verification request does not authorize GTE to disclose a participant's reason for seeking support or private wellness information. GTE will respond only within the scope of an appropriate participant authorization or other lawful basis and will limit any response to factual information reasonably necessary for verification. Support Circle attendance may establish a factual GTE participation history; it does not establish a diagnosis, treatment history, medical necessity, disability, or inability to work.

Emergencies

Do not use GTE services, forms, email, coaching, or Support Circles for an emergency or crisis. If you are experiencing an immediate mental-health, medical, or safety emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service in your area.

Support Circles and Coaching

Support Circles are non-clinical community wellness and peer-support memberships, not group therapy. Coaching is educational and supportive, not psychotherapy or professional counseling. Participation does not create a licensed therapist-client relationship with GTE.

Purchases and Scheduling

Prices and included services are shown on the applicable website page or checkout. Payment may secure a service or membership, but scheduling remains subject to availability. Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information.

Digital Products & Personal-Use License

GTE digital film companions, creator toolkits, prompt systems, and other digital resources are licensed to the purchaser for personal or internal educational use unless a separate written license states otherwise. Purchase does not transfer GTE trademarks, copyrights, production systems, source materials, or resale rights. Digital materials may not be resold, redistributed, republished, shared publicly, or used to create a competing commercial product based substantially on the protected GTE material without written permission. Access may require verification of a paid Stripe Checkout session. Digital wellness/reflection products are educational and non-clinical and do not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, legal advice, or crisis services.

GTE AI Healing & Growth Navigator

The GTE AI Healing & Growth Navigator is an optional educational and resource-navigation feature. It is not a therapist, licensed counselor, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, emergency service, or substitute for professional care. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as clinical, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Users should independently evaluate recommendations and use the direct GTE service and resource pages for current program details, pricing, eligibility, and policies. Do not use the Navigator for emergencies or submit confidential medical records, payment information, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Recurring Memberships

Support Circle memberships renew monthly from the subscription date until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily refund a payment already processed, except where required by law. Current cancellation instructions appear on the Wellness page and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Legacy Membership & GTE AI Legacy Creator Program

The Legacy Membership includes the non-clinical Support Circle benefits shown on the Wellness page plus access to GTE AI Legacy Creator Program education and planning. Membership does not itself create an employment, talent-management, agency, record, publishing, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, joint-venture, or royalty relationship and does not guarantee selection for a GTE collaboration. Commercial AI media-production, brand, artist, singer, creator, advertising, licensing, or royalty arrangements require a separate written agreement.

Artist Interview, Vetting & Complimentary Test Production

The Artist Interview process is screening and planning only and does not create a record deal, publishing deal, management appointment, sponsorship, endorsement, employment, partnership, or guarantee of acceptance. Qualified applicants may be selected for one standard complimentary AI-assisted scene image (reference value $25) and one 15-second AI-assisted production video (reference value $50) for applicant review and GTE internal analytical testing/production development. Reference values have no cash value and custom scope may change pricing. Public promotional use requires appropriate additional permission or agreement.

Applicant Truthfulness, Fraud & Ecosystem Protection

Applicants and clients must not submit forged authorization, stolen payment credentials, fabricated analytics, false ownership claims, unauthorized third-party materials, impersonated identities, deliberately manipulated engagement, or fraudulent streaming activity. GTE may suspend access or production, preserve relevant records, remove or quarantine affected materials, dispute bad-faith chargebacks, and pursue lawful remedies. Where permitted by law and the applicable agreement, a responsible party may be liable for actual documented losses and reasonable remediation costs directly caused by fraud, intentional rights misrepresentation, impersonation, or intentional misuse.

Artificial Engagement & Analytics Integrity

GTE does not promise or require fake followers, bots, click farms, fraudulent playlist placement, artificial streams, or fabricated analytics. Applicants should disclose known or suspected artificial promotion when it could affect campaign data or platform standing.

Independent Brand Intelligence & Speculative Concepts

GTE may publish independent strategic analyses, campaign concepts, creative demonstrations, or brand-intelligence case studies involving publicly known companies or categories for educational, portfolio, business-development, or illustrative purposes. Unless expressly stated in writing, the appearance or discussion of a third-party company, trademark, product, property, or brand does not mean that company has hired, sponsored, endorsed, approved, affiliated with, or partnered with GTE. Speculative concepts must be clearly distinguished from paid partnerships, approved customer content, affiliate relationships, and contracted commercial work. GTE does not authorize users or representatives to present speculative concepts as official third-party advertising or endorsements.

Creator, Artist & Brand Production Agreements

Artist/creator AI media-production engagements currently start at $500+ upfront and luxury brand/business/commercial creator engagements currently start at $5,000+ upfront, subject to scope. GTE AI media-production management is not a 360 deal: GTE does not automatically participate in touring, live-performance income, merchandise, endorsements, unrelated sponsorships, acting income, fan-club income, master ownership, publishing, compositions, or unrelated artist revenue. When an artist authorizes GTE to use, promote, or build AI media-production content around specifically identified music, the separately executed agreement may provide an 80% Artist/Creator and 20% GTE split of artist royalties attributable to that identified music for the stated contract term. The agreement must define covered music and royalties, accounting, reporting, payment, term, and post-termination treatment. Artists, brands, businesses, and commercial creators engaging GTE as AI media-production manager must execute the applicable management agreement, which includes a written revocation/termination procedure. Termination ends future management authority as provided by the contract but does not erase earned amounts, completed or approved uses, outstanding invoices, committed costs, or other expressly surviving obligations.

AI Media, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights

GTE retains its rights in pre-existing GTE brand assets and protectable original workflows, templates, production systems, written materials, graphics, edits, project files, and other materials owned or licensed by GTE. Client and third-party rights remain with their respective owners unless a written agreement provides otherwise. Rights in commissioned deliverables and AI-assisted outputs depend on applicable law and the applicable written agreement. Clients are responsible for having necessary rights and permissions for materials, music, trademarks, names, images, likenesses, and other content they provide.

GTE Impact Votes

GTE Impact Votes are paid audience-participation votes offered through selected GTE media campaigns. Unless otherwise stated on the applicable campaign page, one U.S. dollar purchases one Impact Vote. An Impact Vote allows the purchaser to express audience preference and may help inform GTE programming, production, release, promotional, or creative decisions. Purchasing an Impact Vote does not guarantee that the selected production will be released, produced, promoted, funded to a particular level, or selected as a winner.

Impact Vote purchases support the continued operation and growth of GTE's purpose-driven media operations. GTE Healing & Growth Publishing operates as a for-profit business; Impact Vote payments are purchases, not charitable donations or tax-deductible contributions. Impact Votes are not investments, securities, equity, ownership interests, loans, deposits, profit-sharing arrangements, sweepstakes entries, lottery tickets, wagers, or promises of financial return. Impact Votes have no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, and are generally final once cast except where required by law. GTE may reject, reverse, or exclude votes associated with fraud, payment disputes, technical manipulation, unauthorized payment methods, automated abuse, or other activity that compromises voting integrity.

Advertising & Performance

Paid advertising is optional unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Any displayed daily, weekly, monthly, or annual ad amounts are illustrative media-budget starting points and are separate from membership and production fees unless expressly bundled in writing. GTE does not guarantee virality, streams, followers, engagement, sales, revenue, sponsorships, contracts, platform placement, or other business outcomes. Production-quality commitments apply only to the deliverables expressly stated in the applicable agreement.

Third-Party Resources

References or links to outside professionals, directories, crisis resources, organizations, payment processors, or websites are provided for convenience or resource navigation. Unless expressly stated as formally approved, a reference does not imply partnership, affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, agency, or a clinical-provider relationship. GTE is not responsible for an independent third party’s services, availability, content, privacy practices, or decisions.

Educational Information

Website, workshop, publication, wellness, and resource content is general educational information and should not be relied upon as individualized medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, GTE branding, original written content, publications, graphics, program materials, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to GTE and may not be reproduced, sold, or commercially distributed without permission.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use GTE services to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Healing, wellness, educational, business, publishing, and community-program outcomes vary. GTE does not guarantee a particular personal, health, professional, financial, or therapeutic outcome.

Changes

GTE may reasonably update website content, programs, pricing, policies, or these terms. Material terms applicable to a completed purchase remain subject to applicable law and the terms presented when the transaction occurred.
