PURCHASE & MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: August 18, 2026 • Digital-offer update: September 28, 2026
This policy explains GTE Healing & Growth Publishing’s general cancellation and refund practices. Any more specific written terms presented for a particular product, event, program, or transaction will also apply to that purchase to the extent permitted by law.
Support Circle Memberships
Support Circle memberships renew monthly from the date of enrollment until canceled. To stop a future renewal, cancel through the available Stripe customer-management option when provided or contact gtehealingandgrowth@gmail.com before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; membership access continues through the period already paid.
Membership payments already processed are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Canceling after a renewal has processed does not automatically reverse that renewal.
Legacy Promotional Enrollment
The regular Legacy Membership price is $300/month. Eligible new enrollments completed through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time may use the displayed $180/month promotional checkout price. New enrollments beginning November 1, 2026 use the regular $300/month price. The promotional deadline does not, by itself, authorize GTE to automatically increase an existing subscriber's recurring price. Any future subscription-price change will be handled in accordance with applicable notice, consent, payment-processor, and legal requirements.
Artist Vetting & Complimentary Test Production
The Artist Interview application and standard complimentary test-production stage, when offered, have no cash refund value. Additional revisions, custom production, third-party services, expanded usage rights, or commercial production are separately quoted and governed by the applicable purchase terms or signed production agreement.
AI Media-Production & Commercial Agreements
Legacy Membership fees are separate from artist, creator, brand, business, advertising, and AI media-production fees. Artists/singers and brands, businesses, or commercial creators who appoint GTE as AI media-production manager must sign the applicable management agreement. Each agreement includes a written revocation/termination process. Refund, cancellation, termination, work-in-progress, licensing, royalty, and deliverable terms are governed by that separate agreement. Termination ends future management authority as provided by the contract but does not automatically require repayment or cancellation of amounts for work already performed, committed costs, delivered or approved materials, accrued royalties, outstanding invoices, or rights already used, except as required by the agreement or applicable law.
Workshops, Coaching, Presentations, and Wellness Services
Payment secures the selected service, while scheduling remains subject to availability. If GTE cannot provide a purchased service and the parties cannot agree on a reasonable alternative or rescheduled date, GTE will address the affected payment appropriately, including a refund when required or warranted by the circumstances.
Group Programs
Group-program purchases require scheduling and coordination after checkout. Purchasers should contact GTE promptly if program logistics change. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund decision will consider work already performed, materials prepared, commitments made, and applicable law.
Physical and Digital Products
Refund or replacement eligibility may depend on the type of product, fulfillment status, condition, and whether digital content has already been delivered or accessed. GTE digital products are made available after verified payment through the Digital Library access flow. Because digital access can be delivered immediately, completed digital purchases are generally final after access is provided, except where required by law or where GTE confirms a material delivery or technical failure that it cannot reasonably correct. Contact GTE promptly with the order details and reason for the request so the circumstances can be reviewed.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount, contact GTE promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
