Volunteer service is offered at Jeanette Coleman's discretion and is not guaranteed. Requests should clearly identify the organization, purpose, requested duties, date, time, location, expected duration, onsite contact, and any training or requirements.

• Volunteer activities must be lawful, safe, respectful, and consistent with GTE Healing & Growth Publishing's values and professional boundaries.
• Volunteer service is unpaid unless a separate written employment, contractor, honorarium, reimbursement, or paid-service arrangement is expressly agreed upon.
• Submitting a request does not create an employment relationship, partnership, endorsement, agency relationship, or commitment to participate.
• Requests involving clinical mental-health treatment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical care, crisis intervention, or duties requiring a professional license outside Jeanette's current credentials will not be accepted as volunteer services.
• Organizations are responsible for providing accurate role expectations, appropriate supervision when required, a reasonably safe environment, and advance notice of applicable screening, confidentiality, dress, training, or background-check requirements.
• GTE may decline or withdraw from an opportunity when duties materially change, conditions become unsafe or inappropriate, a conflict arises, or the opportunity falls outside the agreed scope.
• Use of GTE's name, logo, photographs, recordings, or volunteer participation in advertising or promotional materials requires prior permission.

For best planning, organizations are encouraged to submit requests as early as possible. Availability depends on existing professional, educational, business, and community commitments.
